The Billy Bunch
Our resident shop dog Billy named this bunch himself, he also asked us to make sure every bunch features a part of him; Billy buttons (he is convinced we named them after him).
So in honour of the shop legend himself we give you The Billy Bunch full of the freshest and most eclectic Australian and South African Natives we can find with a dash of wild flower to really spice this bunch up.
As we are working with our ever changing natives, which are purely seasonal flowers, the above images will not resemble what you will receive. We do our best to use at least 1 of the 75 banksia varieties and occasionally South African proteas and leucadendrons. Where necessary we may add in some local sunflowers, amaranthus or vanda orchids to add a perfect pop of colour.
NOTE: Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and may vary to image/s above. By completing an online order with Sydney’s flowers you are accepting that flowers, design and wrapping may vary. If you require a certain flower, design or wrapping please specify in the comments and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests.
If delivery is unable to be made due to no one home, no safe place to leave the flowers, no access to building or receiver there will be a $10 re-delivery fee.
Times of delivery vary and will not be guaranteed to a particular time.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sydney’s flowers we endeavor to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item/s please contact us at sydneysflowers@outlook.com within 12 hours of the delivery time to discuss the matter. Please provide recipient name and contact details as well as photographic evidence of the issue.
Please note refunds ARE NOT given for change of mind, life span of flowers or matters relating to incorrect recipient information.
We may be able to offer a re-delivery of items at the discretion of the florist, however a flat rate re-delivery fee of $10 may be charged.
Orders can be cancelled within in 24 hours of the delivery date and receive a full refund, however if cancellation is within the 24 hour period, sender will receive only a 50% refund.
DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Policy:
Sydney’s flowers is based in Heathcote, Sutherland Shire South of Sydney. We can delivery locally and internationally for all our customers.
Sydney’s flowers offers next day delivery (same day for days e.g. Valentines Day and Mother`s Day). Order before 5pm for next day delivery. If you are needing a delivery outside of these times please contact us at (02) 9520 8742 to discuss the possibility. If a delivery is not able to completed for whatever reason a flat rate $10 redelivery fee will be due.
Time Requests: If you need the flowers to arrive at a certain time please let us know in the comments section of your order. If for whatever reason the delivery cannot be completed within the time frame given the sender will be notified as soon as possible. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is at the specified location during that time, such as place of work or hospitals.
Recipient not Home: If the recipient of the item/s are not home, the flowers will be left in a safe location in a temporary water source where safe to do so. In the case that is not safe to leave the flowers, the recipient will be called to discuss a time they can collect them from the shop or an alternative address within reasonable distance to the home/shop address. Delivery of alcohol with an order cannot be left at the door and will be returned to the store. If someone is home to collect the delivery they will have to be over 18 years of age to obtain the alcohol.

Incorrect Recipient Information: It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the contact and delivery details of the recipient are correct. If details are found to be incorrect and affect the delivery of the item/s the sender will be contacted and a re-delivery will be made at a flat rate redelivery fee of $10. This also applies to recipient no longer at the address at time of delivery such as work, hospital or home.
Secured and limited access Apartments, Units and Properties: Items being delivered to recipients in secured and limited access properties will need to be home to receive the items. If the recipient is not at home at time of delivery, the sender and recipient will be contacted to arrange appropriate delivery. If a re-delivery is needed a flat-rate $10 re-delivery fee will be due.
Coupon codes: If coupon codes for free delivery are misused such as 'FRF20' for a product that does not offer the code or on a day which does not allow for the codes use, the cost of delivery will then be taken out of total flower value. By using any coupon code you are abiding by this rule and accepting its terms of use.
