If you struggle to make decisions like we do, we have made the hard work easy on you...Leave it to love will let the florists decide what blooms perfectly suit your lover. From a huge array of local and imported flowers from Lillies to Chrysanthemums, Roses and the in between we will mix and match to make sure this bunch of blooms delights just as much as you do.
If you have any special requests please write this in the delivery date and special instructions field. We will do our absolute best to make these requests happens but cannot guarantee everything. If you choose a colour scheme please note that we may include other colours alongside your chosen one, to fill the bunch more.
NOTE: Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and may vary to image/s above. By completing an online order with Sydney’s flowers you are accepting that flowers, design and wrapping may vary. If you require a certain flower, design or wrapping please specify in the comments and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests.
If delivery is unable to be made due to no one home, no safe place to leave the flowers, no access to building or receiver there will be a $10 re-delivery fee.
Sydney’s flowers is based in Heathcote, Sutherland Shire South of Sydney. We can delivery locally and internationally for all our customers.
Sydney’s flowers offers same day deliveries within the Sutherland Shire and Helensburgh suburbs if the order is received by 2pm that day. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next business day.
All deliveries are completed between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm Saturday and Sunday. If you are needing a delivery outside of these times please contact us at (02) 9520 8742 to discuss the possibility. If a delivery is not able to completed for whatever reason a flat rate $10 redelivery fee will be due.
Time Requests: If you need the flowers to arrive at a certain time please let us know in the comments section of your order. If for whatever reason the delivery cannot be completed within the time frame given the sender will be notified as soon as possible. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is at the specified location during that time, such as place of work or hospitals.
Recipient not Home: If the recipient of the item/s are not home, the flowers will be left in a safe location in a temporary water source where safe to do so. In the case that is not safe to leave the flowers, the recipient will be called to discuss a time they can collect them from the shop or an alternative address within reasonable distance to the home/shop address. Delivery of alcohol with an order cannot be left at the door and will be returned to the store. If someone is home to collect the delivery they will have to be over 18 years of age to obtain the alcohol.
NOTE: If you do NOT want the flowers to be left at the door please leave a note in the comments section.
Incorrect Recipient Information: It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the contact and delivery details of the recipient are correct. If details are found to be incorrect and affect the delivery of the item/s the sender will be contacted and a re-delivery will be made at a flat rate redelivery fee of $10. This also applies to recipient no longer at the address at time of delivery such as work, hospital or home.
Secured and limited access Apartments, Units and Properties: Items being delivered to recipients in secured and limited access properties will need to be home to receive the items. If the recipient is not at home at time of delivery, the sender and recipient will be contacted to arrange appropriate delivery. If a re-delivery is needed a flat-rate $10 re-delivery fee will be due.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sydney’s flowers we endeavor to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item/s please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of the delivery time to discuss the matter. Please provide recipient name and contact details as well as photographic evidence of the issue.
Please note refunds ARE NOT given for change of mind, life span of flowers or matters relating to incorrect recipient information.
We may be able to offer a re-delivery of items at the discretion of the florist, however a flat rate re-delivery fee of $10 may be charged.
Orders can be cancelled prior to the 24 hours of the delivery date and receive a full refund, however if cancellation is within the 24 hour period, sender will receive only a 50% refund.
