Fresh Christmas Trees
It's our favourite time of the year again...CHRISTMAS!
Our wonderful country as many have, have had it rough this year, with incredibly saddening fires that destroyed vast areas of our country, our farmers struggled to keep their trees safe. We also have been in a drought for much longer than we need. So for this reason we have a strictly limited number of Christmas trees this year. Please also note we are unable to guarantee larger trees, we will do our best but these will be availablwe on a first come first serve basis, if we are able to get any.
Our Christmas Trees range from:
6ft - $150
7ft - $200
8ft - $250 (Extremely limited and may not be able to guarantee)
Note: If we are unable to get the larger christmas trees you will be given a 7ft tree and we will refund the difference as soon as possible, thank you for understanding.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP: For trees to be delivered, if no one is home please leave a bucket full of water in a safe place for us to leave the trees. If you would like contact free delivery, please leave a bucket of water as well and note your request in the special requests box. For homes with difficult access for carrying heavy trees please note any delivery instructions to help us get the tree to your door safely. Trees will be delivered on the Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December, Please note the times of delivery may vary and are uanble to be requested, sorry for any inconvenience. Delivery dates are firm, we are unable to deliver on earlier dates. Trees can be collected in studio from 2pm on Saturday 7th December, but must be collected by Sunday 8th December.
CHRISTMAS TREE CARE:Christmas Trees are still living plants and need to be treated as such. For the longevity of your plant please ensure it is placed in clean water, the water will need to be replaced every few days. If correct treatment of the tree is not applied then the tree may not last until christmas. Please note Sydneys Flowers takes no responsibilty for the longevity of Christmas Trees once they have left the business address. DO NOT place christmas lights on the tree, the heat from the lights can cause fires.DO NOT place in direct sunlight, the tree will last longer given appropriate lighting conditions such as indirect bright light or minimum exposure to morning sun only.DO decorate your tree and make it as special as possible!DO take photos of your tree and share to instagram , don't forget to tag us @sydneysflowers_
PURCHASE AGREEMENT:Please note that by purchasing a tree with Sydney's Flowers To the World you are accepting that any incidents caused by the tree are not the fault of the business. You have agreed to our terms above and will take care and precautions in caring for the trees. We cannot guarantee the longevity of each tree, as they differ, however with correct care they should last a substantial amount of time. Once the trees have been collected or delivered, no responsibilty will be held by Sydney's Flowers. We have a 'leave at the door policy' in place where we take no responsilbilty once an item has been left at the door with no one home to collect the items. In most cases we will do our best to leave in a safe place, however if no safe place is available we will return the tree to our business and deliver at a later time with an additional delivery fee of $10. Trees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you have any issues with the tree please contact us within 24 hours to address the issue, after this time period we may be unable to assist. By ordering a larger tree you understand that there is a very strict limit on the amount of these trees available and they cannot be guaranteed. You understand that you will be given a 6ft tree in replacement and a refund of the difference into your nominated account.
